Concert Feedback

A very pleasing concert for a variety of reasons!  The general standard of playing was at the sort of level that we should demand, and I was particularly pleased with the string tone throughout the concert.  The seconds and violas played with the sort of confidence and quality that augers well for the future and the firsts were generally excellent throughout (very minor cock-up [technical term] in the last movement of the symphony).

I really enjoyed the symphony which I thought we performed very well indeed. I was impressed with the level of concentration in the Bach – especially given the inability to rehearse with the soloists in the afternoon.  Overall, a great evening and I am looking forward to the May 8th concert.
